Mindful Prāna Yoga we practice is a form of meditation with movement, which enables you to communicate with your body sensations and experience deep relaxation.

At the end of session, I often guide patients and students equally to reach their healing power within.

Now your body and mind are united as one, being at one with the universe. Receiving the infinite energy from the universe…your body and mind are being healed.

This experience would enable us to feel deep inner peace that flooded the core of our being.

Anchoring your mind at this instant moment, you will gain Freedom from the Thinking Mind. Awareness of Being would arise, leading us to reach deep inner peace.

I recently recommended an amazing book “My Stroke of Insight”, to one of my students, as I believe this would give her a clear insight about her experience of Mindful Prāna yoga.

Jill Bolte Taylor, Ph.D, a brain scientist wrote in her book, My Stroke of Insight;-

Although I experienced enormous grief for the death of my left hemisphere consciousness, despite my neurological trauma, an unforgettable sense of peace pervaded my entire being and I felt calm.

My perception of my physical boundaries was no longer limited to where my skin met air, I am a fluid.

I liked knowing I was a fluid. I loved knowing my spirit was at one with the universe and in the flow with everything around me. I loved the feeling of deep inner peace that flooded the core of my very being.

I believe the experience of Nirvana exists in the consciousness of our right hemisphere, and that at any moment, we can choose to hook into that part of our brain.

Until my experience with stroke, I never really pondered what it would be like to lose my left mind. I wish there were a safe way to induce this awareness in people.
